My A/C not cooling, a lot of condensation on ducts by furnace.
This is either a refrigerant or a air filter issue. Check your air filter, if it is not dirty you are most likely low on refrigerant. What is happening is above the furnace, the air conditioner coil sits that cools down the air. The reaction is not balanced and causing ice to form on the coil and grow. Usually this is paired with poor cooling performance around the home. Turn off the air conditioner right away and leave on the furnace blower to try to thaw out the ice. We need a thawed system before we get there.
