Assigned to tech: There still could be some calls in front of yours but we have assigned the tech who is taking it. This is automatic for tune-ups as they are set with someone when booking.
Dispatched to tech: We have sent the information about your call over to our technician. They still may be finishing up their prior call, but you should expect them to be reaching out to you probably within the next 15-30 minutes (could be longer)
Job Opened: The technician is done with all prior jobs and is ready to now take yours. You should be receiving a call or contact any minute now and they should be heading your way. Check above map to see where they are in reference to your home.
Job Closed: The job has been closed out. Everything that is needed to be done on today's visit should be completed. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us at the office!
