Our company has always operated on the long term relationship. We know that by being helpful, honest, and trustworthy in our services and information we give to you, you will want to call us back time and time again. We have so many customers that have been with us long before our systems were digitalized in the early 2000's. The loyalty means a lot to us. We even have special labels in our computer system to let everyone know that someone is a long term loyal customer. While we treat everyone special, we do try to get to customers who have used us for years faster when possible.

The reputation of a business is an ongoing challenge. It takes work to improve it, and one mistake or upset customer can hurt it. We are proud to say that with the thousands of reviews we collect from our service work that we have 99.7% positive experience. This number is great and shows that we do our best to really wow our customers, but at the end of the day we are human and we can make mistakes. Our team will do everything to make sure your experience is top notch, our reputation is always on the line.

Most of our policy comes down to "Is this the right thing to do?" If the answer is no, we are not going to do it. We take what we do very seriously, and when a customer is upset, it hurts us. We are not a big business. Our company consists of ~20 people who all want to do great work and give our customer a genuinely amazing experience.
- Upfront Pricing: we post most of our prices right online for our furnaces air conditioners and heat pumps. We also post all tune-up, service call, and air quality pricing online too. We don't hide it, and everyone pays the same fair price.
- We make it right: It's not often we make mistakes, but when we do we want to fix it and get it to both of our satisfaction. Our history proves we do not run away from confrontation. We embrace the problem, and we find a solution that suits both of us.
- Service Tech Sales: while we encourage our technicians to mention things they might find of value to you, we do not force them to sell products at customer homes. We are all about honest recommendations.
- Estimator Sales: Our estimators are here to help get you prices and explain what we have to offer. They want to get measurements of the job site and from that can tell if we need to add or subtract to our job cost. The estimator will get you a written quote for you to reference, and you'll be surprised at our amazing peace of mind warranties.
- Unbought Advice: If we do not believe something is right for you, we feel it is in our best interest to let you know. We do not let business/money get in the way of being truthful to you. There has been countless times where we talk someone out of replacing something because it has a good life left, or we talk someone out of a high end system because it would not be a smart application at their home. We know that by being upfront and advocating for your best interest, we will have a loyal customer and some day that equipment will need replacement.
