His service has always been fantastic in showing courtesy and mastery in his trade. He always takes time to explain, thoroughly, the current condition of our equipment and let's us know of any future possible mechanical issues which may arise. Tim said: I've had 3 service guys come to look at service per call in or annual checkup. Every time a different guy stops out they find something that wasn't right from the install. I'm hoping all set up correctly now but am not very happy overall.
Company Response: Tim we are so sorry about the issues you ran into after the installation. For others reading I want to explain what we did:

1. Blower was set higher, making noise. We adjusted it down.
2. Gas company's incoming pressure was too high.
3. Adjusted charge of Air Conditioner. We had a team meeting this morning about that specific model. While it's a great model it does some things a little different than its predecessor. We had factory reps up going through it with us last week. The installers you had to the job are knowledgeable.

If you want the same technician out each time please let us know. We stand behind our work and we will make sure you are taken care of.
