Xin said: I have super great experience with the good guys heating and cooling! I called Sunday morning when my furnace was down overnight. The reception lady was very professional and get all my information. Since Sunday was the most heavy snow I have experienced in my 20 plus years in Wisconsin. All the roads were inaccessible on Sunday. The tech called me to diagnose over the phone, when it was clear that it was not a quick fix. He told me to wait till Monday. Monday afternoon, Eric came to fix it when the road was still not in bad shape. He is very knowledgeable and fixed my furnace quickly.I highly recommend their service.

Company Response: I'm glad everything went great with our tech! In regards to the substandard survey design, 1 is labeled poor and 5 is labeled as great. The submit button is also very large and labeled "Share your experience". I got some input from outside UX contacts and made changes as of today, so the next time it should be a lot nicer. -Dan C
