A Service Call Charge is the cost to get a highly trained HVAC technician with a vehicle stocked with parts and costly tools to your door. Most common parts are stocked in our truck and we do our best to keep our own warehouse stocked which means there is less waiting for parts.
If we need to return within 30 days for the same problem there is not an additional Service Call Charge, 60 days if you are a gold customer (which can be added on at the time of any tune-up)
When we know what repairs are needed, we can give you the cost to do the repair right away before going ahead with it. Included in the price is the part, the labor to do the repair all as one price. Included in the repair is also a warranty by us that if the part isn't the correct repair, we will come take it off and give your money back. We will warranty the part for one year (two years if you are a gold customer).
We utilize state-of-the-art systems for handling our service department. Our goal is to dispatch as efficiently as possible so we can get to you as soon as possible. If you call in with a furnace that is out or an air conditioner that is not working we can typically get someone out the same day and in as little as 1-2 hours.
We service nearly all makes and models of residential furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, water heaters, and accessories. Brands that you see in bold we sell or sell the equipment under a different brand name.
