Self-Service Scheduling

The Good Guys are one of the few companies offering full service online scheduling. You can schedule your appointments at your leisure, and get a date/time set for a tune-up or estimate without waiting for us. When you schedule a service call (fix/repair) we will automatically queue it in our service department. If we have further questions we will reach out, otherwise expect a call or email relatively quick after.

Important: If your heating or cooling system is not working properly, please do not schedule a tune-up. Schedule a fix/repair visit so we can get to the bottom of it. We can get to repairs MUCH faster than tune-ups.
