We then go through a complete combustion analysis where we can make sure the furnace is operating exactly how it should be, if it's not we will calibrate it accordingly. Just FYI: A/C Tune-Ups are unavailable as they are out of season. We do A/C tune-ups from May to October (pending weather). We typically open up scheduling in April. Furnace & Air Conditioner Combos Due to the high demand of Air Conditioner Tune-Ups, and the limited time we have each year to do the tune-ups... we only allow a limited number of combo tune ups in our schedule every day. We are happy to do them but just know that during the peak of the season you may have less options for days and times if we already filled up that day with combos. Ideally we ask customers (if they can), to do their Air Conditioner now and have their furnace done October through April. Add-ons: (must be done with at least one tune-up above) Gas Water Heater ($55) We check operation and clean out the combustion area on the water heater. This tune-up takes about 10-20 minutes to perform. Oil Water Heater ($109) Oil water heaters are more complex than gas or electric water heaters. We will clean out the water heater and replace nozzle (extra cost $14) as well as calibrating with an oil smoke test to make sure everything is burning exactly how it should be. Whole-Home Humidifier ($45) We stock Aprilaire and Honeywell water pads. We replace your Water Panel (included in this price), and cleaning out the area the best we can with the calcium build up. We also make sure the saddle valve and solenoid is properly operating along with the humidifier control, and test run the humidifier.
