Primary Tune-Ups

Gas Furnace $154 $119* SPECIAL
A thorough cleaning and calibration of your furnace. We inspect and clean burners, check amp draws and electrical, wipe down and vacuum if needed. We then go through a complete combustion analysis where we can make sure the furnace is operating exactly how it should be, if it's not we will calibrate it accordingly. If we are noticing problems a static pressure test is also include. We have one of the most thorough tune-ups you will find in the valley!

Oil Furnace $204 $169* SPECIAL
A thorough cleaning and calibration of your oil furnace. We inspect and clean the oil burners, check amp draws and electrical, wipe down and vacuum if needed. We then do an oil smoke test to make sure we have everything burning the way it needs to be, and we replace the oil filter and nozzle (extra charge $14/per). If we are noticing problems a static pressure test is also include. We are one of the few businesses left in the area that have technicians trained to do oil furnace work.

Air Conditioner $154 $119* SPECIAL
A thorough cleaning and calibration of your air conditioner. We verify operations, check drains and clean them out as needed. We check wiring for any damage outside, and go through and clean contactors and contact points. We thoroughly wash out the condenser unit, and put on gauges on each visit and make sure refrigerant is right where it needs to be (Adjusting charge extra cost). We also test amp draws to make sure compressor is starting cleanly. The A/C tune-up cost covers one hour of time and in almost all cases this is perfect. If your condenser is very plugged up and requires the unit to be disassembled to be further cleaned, there would be additional charge to cover the time, typically this is $50 extra. The technician will communicate this if this is recommended, this affects maybe 1% of units we see.

Furnace & Air Conditioner Combos
Due to the high demand of Air Conditioner Tune-Ups, and the limited time we have each year to do the tune-ups... we only allow so many combo tune ups in our schedule every day. We are happy to do the combo tune-up but just know that during the peak of the season you may have less options for days and times if we already filled up that day with combos. Ideally we ask customers if they can to do their Air Conditioner now and have their furnace done October through April.

Add-ons: (must be done with at least one tune-up above)

Gas Water Heater ($55)
We check operation and clean out the combustion area on the water heater. This tune-up takes about 10-20 minutes to perform.

Oil Water Heater ($109)
Oil water heaters are more complex than gas or electric water heaters. We will clean out the water heater and replace nozzle (extra cost $14) as well as calibrating with an oil smoke test to make sure everything is burning exactly how it should be.

Aprilaire Cleaning ($45)
Includes replacing your water panel (included in this price), and cleaning out the area the best we can with the calcium build up. We also make sure the saddle valve and solenoid is properly operating along with the humidifier control.

All tune-up prices do not include Parts or Repairs (if they are needed) or Sales Tax. All special prices are not valid with other coupons or offers.
