Gillian said: He was so helpful, above and beyond, what we expected. When we mentioned that one bedroom was unusually hot he went in and noticed immediately that an oxygen machine was the cause, suggested it be moved outside of the room AND noticed that we did not have the machine fully functioning and helped us rectify the situation. He was also extremely knowledgeable and took time to answer all of our questions. A fantastic employee!!
