The cold weather has caused a large increase in emergency calls. Our team continues to do their best every day to get to as many as we can as fast as we can. Annual tune-ups are important! Many of the calls we had were on equipment that has not been serviced adequately for issues that could have been most likely prevented.

With the leak requiring a pump down and soldering we had to come back due to lack of time. I just spoke with our service manager and made sure that we were getting back asap. -DC
