The cold weather has caused a large increase in emergency calls. Our team continues to do their best every day to get to as many as we can as fast as we can. Annual tune-ups are important! Many of the calls we had were on equipment that has not been serviced adequately for issues that could have been most likely prevented.

Unique problem came with smell of smoke in house (probably warm grease and mettalic smell from a hot fan that turned on above stove by itself).

Fire dept. thought that blower fan was seized up on furnace. Not the case.
