The cold weather has caused a large increase in emergency calls. Our team continues to do their best every day to get to as many as we can as fast as we can. Annual tune-ups are important! Many of the calls we had were on equipment that has not been serviced adequately for issues that could have been most likely prevented.

The only aspect that I’d suggest changing going forward is to have all technicians automatically understand the paramount need to have their face mask on to enter a given person’s home, as well as to have their shoe coverings handy. Today it was asked if I preferred either or both. I said both were needed. No question. To preserve our new investment of carpet, plus given today’s slushy snow melt conditions, shoe coverings are a must in weather as today; -and a face mask? I’d hope that’s a must and a given whenever a technician enters a home regardless. Having said that, I told Anthony both were a necessity at our home today and always when going forward. Ge readily complied and understood. He did an excellent job of explaining and educating me on our situation. That was awesome. He was kind and helpful, which was an added bonus. I appreciated his helpfulness today.
Company Response: We plan on doing both always, but we always ask for mask especially because (and I wish I was joking) we have been yelled at in more than one occasion FOR having masks on. We are just trying to do our work and keep people happy. Anthony is a very caring guy and a great technician. I know he asked this just to make sure we were on the same page, he always has a mask on and takes great care when it comes to our customer's homes.
