Mark & Mary said: Mike has serviced our furnace for the last 2 years. Not only was he on time this year but he called to ask if he could come earlier. Mike is extremely friendly and thorough. He suggested a part replacement but said it was just something to consider doing in the future. I did not feel any pressure to spend the money at this time.

My complaint, the reason for a 2 rating in one category though is that he wore a vented/valve mask, which provides zero protection to my family, myself and my kids in my household and makes me question your companies Covid response in general. We would probably look else where over the winter if we needed service for any reason because of this.
Company Response: Carie, I appreciate you sharing this with us. I certainly understand your frustrations, but I have some good news after looking into this. The technician's mask while it has a valve, it goes through filtration before it goes in or out of the mask. The technician you had to your home has been setting an example all year of going above and beyond when it came to sanitizing and mask usage even early in this year.

We are taking this pandemic seriously, and we are trying to keep all of our employees and customers safe by sanitizing and using masks while in customer's homes as well as in our warehouse and office.

Company Response: Thanks for the helpful feedback. The reason we chose right away is because if a customer is upset with their experience, we want to know right away. Waiting a week is too long as have time to let their frustrations stew. We have been able to learn of problems through collecting immediately allowing us to fix the problem and make sure our customer is happy.

That being said you can leave a review at any point after an appointment, you do not have to do it right away. Jobs from 2007 can have customers write reviews (through our account access).
