Joe said: The technician was very pleasant and explained before and after what he was doing. He patiently explained what he learned during the inspection and helped educate me about maintenance. The only other feedback that I can give is that he didn’t tell me he would be shutting of the hot water. It wasn’t a big deal but could have been if we were showering or doing laundry.
