The cold weather has caused a large increase in emergency calls. Our team continues to do their best every day to get to as many as we can as fast as we can. Annual tune-ups are important! Many of the calls we had were on equipment that has not been serviced adequately for issues that could have been most likely prevented.

David said: James completed the job of replacing drain hoses for my furnace, AC and Humidifier with speed and efficiency. However, you should know that he was reluctant to wear a mask in our home, claiming a medical condition. He initially came to the door without a mask. My wife asked him to get one and he did come back from his truck with a painter's dust mask, which he put on, but then held away from his face. After I showed him the work on the furnace in the basement, he announced to me that he did not intend to wear a mask - he has a medical condition. We regret that we did not simply reschedule and request another employee who could comply with these public health recommendations.
