The cold weather has caused a large increase in emergency calls. Our team continues to do their best every day to get to as many as we can as fast as we can. Annual tune-ups are important! Many of the calls we had were on equipment that has not been serviced adequately for issues that could have been most likely prevented.

I have underlying health issues that put me at a higher risk for COVID 19. Based on this, we asked James to put on a mask. He said he really didn’t need one if my husband socially distanced himself. He begrudgingly put on a mask after my husband insisted on it.
I don’t want James to get in trouble for this. Instead, I ask that you use this instance as a training opportunity/reminder for your technicians to always wear a mask when in a customer’s house.
Thanks for all of your help over the years! We are loyal customers and will continue to use The Good Guys for all of our future heating and cooling needs.
