Unique problem came with smell of smoke in house (probably warm grease and mettalic smell from a hot fan that turned on above stove by itself).

Fire dept. thought that blower fan was seized up on furnace. Not the case.

Joanne said: Anthony mentioned cleaning the pilot light that was very dirty so it may not have been cleaned routinely on previous visits. Also no one had brought up in the past the Select program so he set me up right then and I’m scheduled for April of each year. Very good customer experience.
