Company Response: Hi Sara, Originally when you submitted the service call request you stated you had to leave by 10:30a every day leaving a very small window for us to work with. Unfortunately we had appointments set up a month in advance for right away in the morning. We could not make it work to get in early, but fortunately you had more flexibility on Friday so we could get over there.
