The cold weather has caused a large increase in emergency calls. Our team continues to do their best every day to get to as many as we can as fast as we can. Annual tune-ups are important! Many of the calls we had were on equipment that has not been serviced adequately for issues that could have been most likely prevented.

Company Response: This year we have seen a huge spike in tune-up requests. We have seen about 1,200 tune-up appointments scheduled since August. We are doing the best we can considering the circumstances. It's recommend to book online in early August to get the date you want for fall. Typically late August, early September we see the surge start with 50+ appointments being scheduled every day, and then our schedule starts backing up really fast.

I have spoken to him several times the week before explaining our situation with the unit regarding the mildew build up. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Seeing the weather was in our favor we decided to go ahead with the cleaning this fall instead of waiting until spring. He worked very efficiently, taking time to answer a few more questions that w had. When he finished he made sure everything was cleaned up in the area. On a scale from 1 to 10 we would give Mike a 10. He truly is an asset to The Good Guys!
