Company Response: We apologize for the delays. Our crew has been running extended hours to try to get to all the Air Conditioners that aren’t working as well as Tune-Up calls. Your appointment was adjusted by our office as we knew it would be delayed about an hour. When our tech was sent the info for the call he would have seen it as a 11am, which is why probably he did not acknowledge it.
