The cold weather has caused a large increase in emergency calls. Our team continues to do their best every day to get to as many as we can as fast as we can. Annual tune-ups are important! Many of the calls we had were on equipment that has not been serviced adequately for issues that could have been most likely prevented.

Company Response: This visit was for a flame sensor cleaning, but since the tune-up was done four "service" months ago we refunded and made this right. The value being 2 stars was prior to the credit being issued. -DC
