Jenni & Jeff said: Dan was so helpful and professional. Dan asked if I wanted him to wear a mask. I agreed as I am in the high risk category for Covid 19, and he happily agreed to it. He explained everything in easy to understand language and gave tips throughout the visit. The cherry on top was that he was very nice and friendly.

My family has used your company since I was a child. When I got my own house I continued using you, due to the great customer service you provided to my parents. I am proudly a second generation customer of yours. Keep up the great work!

Company Response: Hi Sara, Originally when you submitted the service call request you stated you had to leave by 10:30a every day leaving a very small window for us to work with. Unfortunately we had appointments set up a month in advance for right away in the morning. We could not make it work to get in early, but fortunately you had more flexibility on Friday so we could get over there.
