Company Response: I'm sorry you feel this way about the value you received. You called us for your Air Conditioner not working after the storm. When we got there we found that there was a loose wire at the thermostat. You had the gold service upgrade which saved you $17.48 on the visit. For us to come to the house and address the wire for $104 total (w/ tax) we feel is a good value. If by chance this was not the solution to the issue or there was more to this problem you would not have to pay the service call charge again if it happens in the next month. -DC
