Company Response: Karen, at the time of the appointment you were not there. Steve, our estimator did reach out to you yesterday (prior to this review being left) to talk about what happened but he had to leave a message as you were unavailable. We are still looking into the issues with the Aprilaire (Dehumidifier) and will get it addressed. We apologize for not resetting the thermostat to the prior setting when we left.
