Susan said: James is a professional. After years of hearing a loud noise in cold air returns, last year he found a gas pipe was resting on the return causing vibration! OMG, how sweet to not hear that noise anymore. James was here today to check furnace and A/C. I totally trust him to take care of our equipment. Thank you, James.
