Christine said: Eric is THE BEST!! He went way over and above his job description today when he had to clean out a large mouse nest in my air conditioning unit. Not only did he clean it out, he had to kill 13 mice while he was at it! Then he bagged up the mess, dead mice included, and took them away for me. You can't even begin to imagine how appreciative I am of his work today. He's always a very enjoyable service tech to talk with, and I enjoy his personable demeanor. This visit was way over his call of duty, and he never once complained. His customer service skills are top notch on every visit, but this time, he was outstanding!!
