The cold weather has caused a large increase in emergency calls. Our team continues to do their best every day to get to as many as we can as fast as we can. Annual tune-ups are important! Many of the calls we had were on equipment that has not been serviced adequately for issues that could have been most likely prevented.

Gerald & Karen said: James did not explain why the Aprilaire was not working. He left the thermostat on permanent hold. We did not know he did this until later in the day. We are disappointed that we are having some may issues with the Aprilaire. Our last one worked so well.
Company Response: Karen, at the time of the appointment you were not there. Steve, our estimator did reach out to you yesterday (prior to this review being left) to talk about what happened but he had to leave a message as you were unavailable. We are still looking into the issues with the Aprilaire (Dehumidifier) and will get it addressed. We apologize for not resetting the thermostat to the prior setting when we left.
