Company Response: Jodie I completely understand your frustration. I tried to call you as soon as possible. We found this out with very little notice in the morning and we had to change multiple appointments to accommodate this technician's family medical emergency. We try our best to always be in communication and make appointments on time, but we cannot plan for emergencies like this. Family has to come first for our technicians, and we did the best we could considering the circumstances. Sorry we let you down. -DC
