Warren said: Jeff was out to our today to do a 1 year maintenance on our air-conditioner. He was right on time, introduced himself and went to work. He had to turn on our outdoor water on in the basement and also turned it off again. A great help to us. He answered all my questions and also gave me a couple of helpful tips in maintaining the outside unit. GREAT Guy.

We continue to be pleased with the maintenance we have received in the past, but this was also a follow-up visit from a fall preventative check where the weather didn't allow for the AC tuneup to happen.
