Gerald & Karen said: James did not explain why the Aprilaire was not working. He left the thermostat on permanent hold. We did not know he did this until later in the day. We are disappointed that we are having some may issues with the Aprilaire. Our last one worked so well.
Company Response: Karen, at the time of the appointment you were not there. Steve, our estimator did reach out to you yesterday (prior to this review being left) to talk about what happened but he had to leave a message as you were unavailable. We are still looking into the issues with the Aprilaire (Dehumidifier) and will get it addressed. We apologize for not resetting the thermostat to the prior setting when we left.

I learned a lot of things about water heaters and HVAC systems... including what happens to old water heaters after they're replaced (thanks Mike for the cool info). Company Response: Dennis, I just looked at your invoice and we always show the full price but underneath that row he took the $70 off the price as was advertised. He gave you the same price as last year. He replaced the drain line for you and replaced a filter though so the end bill was a bit higher. -DC
