The cold weather has caused a large increase in emergency calls. Our team continues to do their best every day to get to as many as we can as fast as we can. Annual tune-ups are important! Many of the calls we had were on equipment that has not been serviced adequately for issues that could have been most likely prevented.

Jeff said: Just moved into this house in February 2018. The current furnace was put in January 2013 by the previous owner. What are the warranties associated with the furnace and does the paperwork suggest that the warranties convey?
I trust the furnace should work with appropriate maintenance for the next 10-15 years.
