Company Response: When Air Conditioners get to 20 years old, things can start to fail on it. In this case it sounded to the technician like the windings on the fan motors are starting to go, and one was a bit low on charge. In regards to it being the first time you were told, this is the first time we have done a Tune-Up on your Air Conditioners since we went digital (11 years ago).

Company Response: Charles, I am not sure why this visit received the rating it did. Your duct work in your home is too large and it is causing airflow issues. In this case we adjusted the pulley to try to get more airflow to see if that can help the issue instead of having to look at more expensive routes (like rebuilding your duct work). Unfortunately the pulley change did not deliver an improvement, so we put the original pulley back on. The whole trip and hours spent by both of our guys that day amounted to $34.38 (and that was for some drain line replacement) which is an AMAZING value. At this point Andy is still planning to reach out when he can reserve one of our duct work experts to stop out there with him. -DC
