Robert said: Dan has been to our home in the past. Want time I'm pleased with his expertise and willingness to talk and explain things to me. Today was no different. While he was unable to install the new thermostat, he I feel better knowing I didn't tackle the project myself. I was informed that CW will send another person out to take a look which is fine with me. I know we're all human and can run into unexpected issues so I don't fault Dan at all and would gladly have him come back for anything else we need services with our heating and cooling. Thank you!
