Many of the calls we had were on equipment that has not been serviced adequately for issues that could have been most likely prevented.

Gene said: Anthony did a nice job for us, taking the time to explain what he was doing, to answer our questions, and to advise us briefly on a question about ductwork and airflow to another room. Very professional and friendly. I give only four stars for value because I thought $58.62 was a little expensive as a labor charge for securing the Aprilair unit a little better and screwing in a loose duct between it and the furnace. But that matter does not reflect at all on Anthony's fine service.
Company Response: Thanks for sharing Gene, and I can certainly understand your feeling on the $58.62 charge for labor. We need to charge these rates to stay in business, but rest assured we stand behind all our work and if we made any mistakes we will fix them. Thank you for your business!

Haydan said: I am beyond upset with my experience. I was charged over $200 for someone to come out just to troubleshoot what was wrong. He was very professional and nice however he left our furnace power and the gas supply was on. Our furnace is not working. So not only do I feel like I overpaid -- but my whole house could have blown up!!! I would like my money back.
Company Response: We resolved this with the customer. The price charged was fair and in line with how we bill our work (it took a bit of time to troubleshoot). Lightning damage causes very unique problems on furnaces. We have seen many this summer like this. In this case there was a gas leak in the furnace which was small enough we did not notice at the time of service. Since we did not return to the residence (as we were not asked to) we are unsure. Regardless we have been working with this customer to make things right and right any wrongs, because it is the right thing to do.
