Company Response: When we were there originally the furnace was in a lockout with the board not showing us what the source of it was. When we powered it up we watched the equipment and was not able to replicate the problem, it was working. On our visit back today we found the source of the problem and it should be solved. We always aim for solving on the first try but it's not always possible given the circumstances.

Company Response: Our apologies for running late on that visit. On the prior call it required a part to be picked up and that travel time caused a delay. We did give you a call to let you know, but it appears our estimate of 3:30pm was incorrect as he showed up at 3:45pm. We do everything in our power to keep that to a minimum.

From my initial contact with Dan and Mike in the office all the way through Anthony arriving to repair the furnace the experience was top notch. Just need to say how friendly and personable all of the contacts were but most especially Anthony. I have been having CW Good Guys perform all of my service work for over 10 years now and will have no reason to not continue to do so - always a good experience.
