While he was unable to install the new thermostat, he I feel better knowing I didn't tackle the project myself. I was informed that CW will send another person out to take a look which is fine with me. I know we're all human and can run into unexpected issues so I don't fault Dan at all and would gladly have him come back for anything else we need services with our heating and cooling. Thank you!

Anthony didn't have time to do this test today but because of major changes done to our air return and distribution system since the last test was done (with a 0.9 result, which I was informed was too high), I would like to have this done during your next visit, likely for A/C check next summer.
