James was professional in all parts of our discussions with regard to any questions or concerns that I had. James was timely, efficient, courteous and thoughtful from the first knock at the door to the last 'Let us know if you have any difficulties - have a remaining good day'.

In my opinion anyone who has James as the technician assigned to their service call should be happy with the end result.
