Company Response: That is not correct. Our tune-ups are $119 (after coupon) for A/C and Furnace. Same price this year as last year. Your bill was the exact same down to the penny. In 2022 it was $10 cheaper per unit. The first time on record we had a tune-up done for you, it was $99 per unit back in 2017.

There are certainly companies that have lower prices than we do for tune-ups, but we have always priced it where it needs to be considering we do not force our technicians to promote products or services, nor do we tell them to push people to replace equipment. If they recommend something it is on their own free will and if they recommend replacement they are doing it because they recommend it. We're all about upfront pricing and no bait and switch.

I don't feel that 3-star for value is fair, considering you paid the same last year.

We want to help troubleshoot, and we love to share helpful tips and tricks for the customer to learn a little bit more of how an Air Conditioner operates, so that when something is going on they know what it might be.

We save so many people service calls every year, by helping them to solve the issue without us rolling a truck. Sure, we "lose money" on it, but we gain in the satisfaction that we did what we would have wanted if roles were reversed, and that we got a customer excited to share their experience.
