He had come early and I didn't get a call prior to his arrival, so that threw me off a little but he was willing to wait for my appointment time. He also used our hose from around back but didn't really explain why (I don't think any other tech has ever used that before). Our unit is getting older and yet all I heard from him at the end was "things look good!" Which is great (I'm not looking for problems)...I just didn't really get any other explanation. Hopefully this tune-up helps it stay running well for a while still!!

Company Response: Hi Maren, I'm sorry you weren't called. As protocol we always call ahead of time before we show up, and I'm unsure why he didn't. The hose we use to wash the outdoor unit. Our techs do have their own hoses if needed but if you have one accessible we will use that. I looked at the history and have seen technicians who I know for sure used your water supply to do the Air Conditioner tune-ups, but they may have used their own hoses.

I apologize we didn't explain any more about the visit. From what the invoice from your visit says everything looks great, and he changed the filter and blew out drain lines too.
