The cold weather has caused a large increase in emergency calls. Our team continues to do their best every day to get to as many as we can as fast as we can. Annual tune-ups are important! Many of the calls we had were on equipment that has not been serviced adequately for issues that could have been most likely prevented.

Company Response: Tom thank you for bringing this to our attention. I do want to let you know when you sent the email to Lisa this morning about this we started looking into this to make sure everything was fair. Matt was there for 1 hours and 5 minutes at your home (based on our GPS), the $120 was the labor for him being there. That being said he was on the phone with WE Energies for a portion of it, so we are willing to adjust this down to $60 to make it more in-line with what makes sense.

In regards to us needing WE Energies... we recommend them because the gas detectors they use are very expensive high tech sensors... they can sense the smallest amounts out there. Our team has good gas leak detectors, but may not find very small leaks like they can. Them finding a leak is part of the service bill you pay every month, so for your best value we recommend getting them involved in helping on gas leaks.

We were working on getting this adjusted (and responding to you) before you left the review, in the future I ask that you give us a chance to respond before leaving one. We aren't perfect, but we stride to be. When mistakes happen, we want to make things right and adjust.

Every Spring and Fall I have Christensen and Wisnet preform a PM maintenance (TUNE-UP)on my homes HVAC equipment.HVAC Tech Nuegi came to my home to do a AC tune-up. Nuegi has been coming to my home for several years.Nuegi is always prompt, friendly and informative.I highly Recommend Nuegi and Christensen/Wisnet.
