Company Response: John you are correct in that. Our techs are told after 30 days to bill a return trip (so they were following protocol), but there is no way to prove that the switch was not turned off by our tech as you did not use the boiler until now. Because of that we will be zeroing the invoice out for you. Thanks for bringing this to our attention! -DC
