Company Response: Bill, this is why we are all about the warranty. The pandemic has caused a higher level of irregularities in production from every single brand we can think of. The good news is these issues are largely minor and while they are a nuisance, you can rest assured that in the long term the equipment is reliable.

It looks like the two issues were for a stretched power cable for inducer motor that didn't allow for a strong connection, and a reversed hose clamp. If anything else comes up we'll be ready to help you!
