The cold weather has caused a large increase in emergency calls. Our team continues to do their best every day to get to as many as we can as fast as we can. Annual tune-ups are important! Many of the calls we had were on equipment that has not been serviced adequately for issues that could have been most likely prevented.

He comes back leaves furnace still not working. Technician called in gets it going. He undid what the first guy did. Says there is a possible stray voltage on the new board. Company Response: The cost for the board repair was $545.50. That includes The part, the part markup, the labor to do the repair, labor to go get the part from distributor, and risk cost of internal warranty. These are one of the more inexpensive boards, some higher end boards (especially after price increases during the pandemic) we're looking at $700-1100 for repair costs.

I appreciated that he listened and was able determine that the unit wasn't receiving an adequate water supply and made an adjustment to correct the issue. He also replaced the hoses in an efficient manner. I'll definitely request him for the next scheduled service in the spring.
