The cold weather has caused a large increase in emergency calls. Our team continues to do their best every day to get to as many as we can as fast as we can. Annual tune-ups are important! Many of the calls we had were on equipment that has not been serviced adequately for issues that could have been most likely prevented.

He did that and suggested I keep an eye on the frost this winter. If anything needs to be readjusted, he mentioned that he could come back and address that. Very appreciated customer service!

Ray said: Tech found a small plastic tube that was broken. He used a left over piece of tubing to repair it. When I asked him the cost to replace it his reply was $194. WOW! Maybe you should look for another supplier.
Company Response: Ray, the part alone is not $194. It's the process of ordering it, getting it, returning, putting the part on (takes 15-25 mins depending in addition to the 45 mins to get it). That is a bundled price to do the repair with the internal trap for the Maytag furnace. If you would like to do the repair yourself we can certainly sell that part over the counter, which would be around $80, but when we our trained, and well paid techs do it, we have to charge accordingly which will add to the cost.
