Company Response: The cost for the board repair was $545.50. That includes The part, the part markup, the labor to do the repair, labor to go get the part from distributor, and risk cost of internal warranty. These are one of the more inexpensive boards, some higher end boards (especially after price increases during the pandemic) we're looking at $700-1100 for repair costs.

I appreciated that he listened and was able determine that the unit wasn't receiving an adequate water supply and made an adjustment to correct the issue. He also replaced the hoses in an efficient manner. I'll definitely request him for the next scheduled service in the spring.
