Kevin & Carol said: Nuegi explained all things that he did and also recommendations what may need to be replaced in future and things that should be done sooner.Were interested in doing what had to be done, but after further discussion, Asked Nuegi to have office give a estimate for new boiler instead of just doing a couple of parts at a time. John & Liane said: Our problem was just that our furnace was not turned on, but we never turned it off…the technician who checked it in June had to have done it. We aren’t being charged for labor, but I am not sure why we should be charged anything.

Company Response: John you are correct in that. Our techs are told after 30 days to bill a return trip (so they were following protocol), but there is no way to prove that the switch was not turned off by our tech as you did not use the boiler until now. Because of that we will be zeroing the invoice out for you. Thanks for bringing this to our attention! -DC
