We were told the $700 cost of the repair was because it would take a couple of hours to replace the part and most of the cost was labor, but the repair, including a tune-up was done within an hour, so that made it seem that possibly the cost was higher than it needed to be. Thank you.
Company Response: Susan. I just read the contents of the emails between you and Andy Christensen. This was stated very clearly to you that it could take long, we do not know until we open it up to change it. Coil pan changeouts vary wildly in time. Most of them take a while as we have to cut things out and move things out of the way. They are not fun. We even encouraged you to look at replacement due to this being an R-22 system which is expensive and hard to get. You knew the costs ahead of time, and it was your choice to go ahead and do it.

I highly disagree with the poor rating on something you knew the cost of (and approved), and it was stated that the repair was $700 no matter how long it takes to do the pan changeout. You also (to our knowledge) did not reach out after the fact to talk to any of us before leaving this review. We did not expect it to go this quick at all and want to adjust this bill for you. I had Jeff our Service Manager reach out to you. He left a voicemail. I hope we can get that resolved for you.
