Pamela said: I called at 12:49 to report that my furnace wasn't running and that I had changed the filter and replaced the batteries in the thermostat. Evan called at 12:57 and said he could get here in 15-20 minutes. By 1:55 my furnace was running again. These guys never disappoint me. Professional and amazing customer service.

David said: I appreciate the fast response and quick service. The technician was very polite and cordial. The only hitch was finding out my furnace needed a $755.00 replacement part to fix the furnace, and our warranty had expired. Ouch!

Outside the cost of the part, the service was terrific.
Company Response: The gas valve we had to replace is a fully modulating gas valve, which can be quite an expensive part, made even more expensive from the increase of costs from the pandemic. We buy parts in volumes and get the best possible pricing, but it is still quite expensive for those valves.

Sylvia & Mike said: We recently had to place a emergency service call and were promptly connected with a technician, who went above and beyond to identify the problem and gather the necessary parts from the shop after hours, having to make several runs. He kept us informed, was knowledgeable, polite, respectful of the premises and provided us with space heaters at the end since the job couldn’t be finished. We were assured that the job would be finished the next business day as soon the parts were on hand, which they were, and installation followed promptly by yet another technician very quick. We are very pleased how well the situation was resolved by Evan and James.
