Sylvia & Mike said: We recently had to place a emergency service call and were promptly connected with a technician, who went above and beyond to identify the problem and gather the necessary parts from the shop after hours, having to make several runs. He kept us informed, was knowledgeable, polite, respectful of the premises and provided us with space heaters at the end since the job couldn’t be finished. We were assured that the job would be finished the next business day as soon the parts were on hand, which they were, and installation followed promptly by yet another technician very quick. We are very pleased how well the situation was resolved by Evan and James.

Chuck said: Only comment, and perhaps the practice changed, but thought technicians would put "booties" on when entering the house, or at least offer to. Didn't do either, but again not a big deal.

Richard & Chris said: Eric arrived the same day as I submitted the appointment request; not an emergency but efficient as it worked out he was in the area. Problem identified quickly, parts available onsite, repair done. We trust the quality of the work is good but time will tell. Overall, continued good experiences with the Good Guys!
