The cold weather has caused a large increase in emergency calls. Our team continues to do their best every day to get to as many as we can as fast as we can. Annual tune-ups are important! Many of the calls we had were on equipment that has not been serviced adequately for issues that could have been most likely prevented.

Mary said: Evan was absolutely awesome. As requested, he called to let us know he was on his way, and he also provided an ETA. (We needed to put our dogs away.) He arrived on time, wore a mask as we requested, and explained everything to us.

Evan was friendly, personable and respectful. We have our furnace serviced for every winter, and he was by far the best service tech we have had in our home. Thank you, Evan.

Also, we scheduled our service online, and it was pretty slick. I not only received and email reminder a couple of days ago, I received a reminder phone call the previous day. The person on the phone provided professional service experience. She, too, was personable, eager to assist and did a great job.

Overall, we will definitely keep The Good Guys on our speed dial.

I had set our thermostat to hold on76 cool, but it was 67 instead, so our air conditioner must have been on at a time it would not have otherwise. I understand if they need to change the temp, but it should have been changed back, or noted for us.

As part of our tune-up we need to go to the thermostat to make the A/C run as well as the Furnace, upon completion we put it back to what you had it set for, but it was missed this time.
