John & Iane said: I assume they did a good job, but we came home from a weekend away to find our house very cool. I had set our thermostat to hold on76 cool, but it was 67 instead, so our air conditioner must have been on at a time it would not have otherwise. I understand if they need to change the temp, but it should have been changed back, or noted for us.
Company Response: Hi John & Iane! We are very sorry about not setting your thermostat back. As part of our tune-up we need to go to the thermostat to make the A/C run as well as the Furnace, upon completion we put it back to what you had it set for, but it was missed this time. Company Response: We caught this before the review came in, and started working out how to make this right. We reached out to Kevin shortly after this and will cover the work internally under warranty, and only charged for the filter replacement. The technician followed protocol and billed because labor warranty expired.

Warren said: Anthony/Evan were "ahead of schedule" and called ahead to see if it would be okay to come early. They introduced themselves and went to work for a routine maintenance of the furnace. Also installed new batteries in the control system and changed new filter(provided by customer). Also explained the Gold upgrade. In the end everything was explained in detail. These are definitely "The Good Guys." We have been a customer for over 20 years!

Very professional and personable. Timeliness was marked down only because he wasn't on time but we did receive a call to let us know he would be late. Great customer service!
