Do you offer FREE Estimates?

We do offer Free Estimates on upgrades or adding equipment to your home. We do not offer Free Estimates on repairs unless you know what specific repair is needed (then we could). If you would like to set up an appointment with an estimator you can give us a call at (920) 734-1436, email [email protected] or use our self-service estimate scheduler.

How long to Estimates take?

Estimates are usually 45-60 minute appointments. First we like to see the layout of the potential job. We will take photos and measurements to see what the options are and then will go through some options with you. You can let us know if you have limited time and we can get photos and then ask key questions, getting you a quote later. We can be flexible but we appreciate knowing that up front if you can.

Do I have to be home for the estimate?

The big part about an estimate is being able to get your input on what you would like to see from a job. Without you at the location makes it very hard to go through and have a dialog on what is important to you. It's recommended the homeowner be there at the time of the estimate. If you need it to be later in the day or over a lunch hour please reach out to the estimator directly and work out a time. You'd be surprised how flexible they can be.

Online scheduling only gives 8a, 10a, 1p, and 3p times. Can I pick another?

You most certainly can. Because our online scheduling system is 100% automated (industry first going back a decade) we have to have some restrictions to make it work with calendars properly, so we agreed on typical appointment times. If you need something at a different time you can schedule online and put it as close to your needed time and just add it in the notes. You can also schedule by calling in and we can set it for a different time.

Are you guys high pressure?

WE ABSOLUTELY HATE HIGH PRESSURE SALES! To us, we have a brand of being "The Good Guys" and that means at every aspect of what we do, we have to be good and ethical in how we operate. Both of our estimators are prior service techs of many years. They have installed many of products, and they have serviced many products. They want to sell something to you if that you want. We do not do sales gimmicks with trying to close the sale right there on the visit. We want you to take the time and truly think about your decision. It will always be your decision to go with us, to wait, or to go with someone else.

We have a no pressure promise in all of our work. All of our staff have specific training to be informative and helpful, and give you the information you need to make an informed decision.

Do your service techs get commissions if they push products?

We do not do commission percents with techs. The technicians are paid well to start with and if a customer goes ahead with something more they get a little spiff of $5-10 as a thank you. These amounts are small enough to not trigger unethical practices of pushing products to those who don't want them, but at the same time it's a nice thank you because they are helping promote our products and help the company out. This system has worked well that we still proudly mention our No Pressure Promise!

Do you offer financing?

We certainly do offer financing. Depending on the brand and promotions going the offers change. You can see the current offerings by looking at the product pages (like our gas furnaces, air conditioners, or our financing page).
