Jenni & Jeff said: We appreciate James coming to our home for an emergency call this afternoon. We were disappointed that he didn’t wear a mask when he was in our house.
I have underlying health issues that put me at a higher risk for COVID 19. Based on this, we asked James to put on a mask. He said he really didn’t need one if my husband socially distanced himself. He begrudgingly put on a mask after my husband insisted on it.
I don’t want James to get in trouble for this. Instead, I ask that you use this instance as a training opportunity/reminder for your technicians to always wear a mask when in a customer’s house.
Thanks for all of your help over the years! We are loyal customers and will continue to use The Good Guys for all of our future heating and cooling needs.
