Just unfortunate that we needed a couple of services, but it got taken care off and Dan worked on my bill si I would not ge over charged and gave a discount since I had 3 services in one week. Ross said: Eric was great on timeliness (he gets a 5) but we scheduled a service call online on the 27th and we did not get a technician call. I called on the 29th around 10am and was told it was not on the schedule. They apologized and told me someone would get to the house that day and they did. I did get an email confirmation saying the office received the request.

Company Response: Normally we finish your tune-ups with a game of "stop hitting yourself", and due to COVID we had to put that on hold for now. Enjoy the pain-free tune-ups visits while it lasts.
