Ross said: Eric was great on timeliness (he gets a 5) but we scheduled a service call online on the 27th and we did not get a technician call. I called on the 29th around 10am and was told it was not on the schedule. They apologized and told me someone would get to the house that day and they did. I did get an email confirmation saying the office received the request.
