The cold weather has caused a large increase in emergency calls. Our team continues to do their best every day to get to as many as we can as fast as we can. Annual tune-ups are important! Many of the calls we had were on equipment that has not been serviced adequately for issues that could have been most likely prevented.

Mark & Mary said: Appointment was for 10am. I received a call at 9:55 from Jeff indicating they were delayed until 11. Dan arrived at approximately 11:10. No recognition that he was late. I adjusted an earlier appointment to be back for the 10 am appt. Other than that he was professional and did a good job.
Company Response: We apologize for the delays. Our crew has been running extended hours to try to get to all the Air Conditioners that aren’t working as well as Tune-Up calls. Your appointment was adjusted by our office as we knew it would be delayed about an hour. When our tech was sent the info for the call he would have seen it as a 11am, which is why probably he did not acknowledge it.
