The cold weather has caused a large increase in emergency calls. Our team continues to do their best every day to get to as many as we can as fast as we can. Annual tune-ups are important! Many of the calls we had were on equipment that has not been serviced adequately for issues that could have been most likely prevented.

Bill said: As always Eric was very polite and explained what was wrong with are ac. However, when you think about having to put in a new ac and it just cost us $134 to be told it is no good. You all put in the ac we now have does that mean you would deduct $134 off of a new one?
Company Response: Hi Bill, you are correct in that usually our estimator can work out a percentage of the bill. In this case you got a great deal, our technician was there for roughly 40 minutes and only billed for 15 (and the trip charge).
