Company Response: Our apologies for running late on that visit. On the prior call it required a part to be picked up and that travel time caused a delay. We did give you a call to let you know, but it appears our estimate of 3:30pm was incorrect as he showed up at 3:45pm. We do everything in our power to keep that to a minimum.
